This was my parents house of 25 years until July 2023, when they made the decision to downsize and move. On a pressing one-month schedule, I prepared the house for sale with a broad range of refreshes and renovations, some of which are shown below.

It was was a 3-storey, 2,400 sq ft detached house with 5 bedrooms, 2.5 washrooms, a finished basement, and a semi-finished attic.
